Economy Shipping:
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact lilacbeautyindia@gmail.com for a status update. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
Refunds + Exchanges
At Lilac Beauty, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Lilac Beauty within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price or higher within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at lilacbeautyindia@gmail.com for further details.
International Shipping
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Lilac Beauty have no control over these circumstances. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Currently you can only cancel an order till it has been acknowledged to be fulfilled. Upon any such cancellation, the refund will be completed in the next 5-8 days to the original payment mode.
In case a product has been dispatched, there will be no cancellation option available.
